Herringbone laminate flooring fitted by Cefn Carpets

Herringbone is one of the most asked-about looks in our showroom. It suits period homes and new builds alike, and it now comes in carpet as well as hard floors.

Herringbone hard floors take more time and care to lay than straight planks, because every block has to line up. Our own fitters plan the layout from the centre of the room so the pattern runs true through doorways.

Which herringbone floor is right for you?

Herringbone carpet: a woven pattern that's soft underfoot. Popular on stairs, landings and in lounges.

Herringbone laminate: a real wood look at a friendlier price. Good for lounges, halls and dining rooms.

Herringbone LVT: water resistant, so it's the one to choose for kitchens, bathrooms and open-plan spaces.
